Kieran is a performance and expedition chef with over twenty years experience. He has worked in private kitchens, mountain refuges, base camp tents, on athlete camps and alpine bivis.

He has cooked for clients on winter and summer treks and climbs, including in the Himalayas, Andes, Atlas, Ahaggar, Caucasus, on Arctic ski tours, performance cycling, running and sailing camps and on Scottish and Alpine climbing and mountaineering courses.

Kieran is also a qualified International Mountain Leader, with two decades experience teaching and leading clients on the mountains.
